Large-format prints require reinforced packaging and are always shipped with tracked services.
Shipping costs vary depending on destination due to size, handling, and courier requirements.

- USA & Canada: 3–15 business days
- World: 5-15 business days
Pickup Points & Parcel Lockers (Europe Only)
In many European countries, delivery to pickup points is available via:
- Chronopost Shop2Shop
- Mondial Relay
- DPD Pickup (where available)
How it works:
- Pickup point selection may be available at checkout depending on carrier and destination
- In some cases, the nearest pickup point is automatically assigned based on your delivery address
- We always aim to assign the closest and most convenient pickup location available in your area
Contact details for notifications
To ensure smooth delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker, we strongly recommend providing valid email and phone number at checkout.
This allows carriers to:
- send real-time delivery notifications
- provide pickup codes and instructions
- ensure fast and smooth collection
Preferred pickup point requests
If you have a preferred pickup point, you may request it within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us.
We will do our best to apply your request before dispatch. After this delay, the carrier may have already assigned the final location.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
International Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to:
Afghanistan, North Korea, Iraq, Russia, or Ukraine.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply for international orders and remain the responsibility of the customer.
