What is your return and refund policy?
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery date. Any returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent, with all original tags and labels attached and sent in a traceable parcel. If you would like to start a return, please email us at contact@hakyarts.com.
Please note that we charge a return fee of 8 euro.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days. All times and dates given for delivery of your order are given in good fath but are estimates only.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website in your shipping notification email. Most carriers have a designated tracking page where you can enter your tracking number and check the status of your order.
How to find my package?
If you are experiencing difficulties in finding your package, you can follow these steps.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. If you would like to cancel or modify an order, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via email : customer-service@hakyarts.com
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged, please send us a photo within 14 days via email : customer-service@hakyarts.com and we will send you another one free of charge or issue a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most common payment methods such as debit or credit cards but also Paypal.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer international shipping to most countries and geographical areas such as Europe, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore or Japan. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to countries such as Afghanistan, North Korea, Iraq, Russia or Ukraine.
Free standard shipping is not valid on some international orders.
