Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policies

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or damage caused by us, such as:
  • Wrong size (more than 2 cm difference from listed dimensions)
  • Obvious and visible printing errors (e.g., missing print, smudges, major misprints)
  • Item damaged during shipping (with proof provided)
We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue and packaging label (if damage occurred)
  • A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll promptly process your request.

Wrong Address or Order Errors
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error within 12 hours of ordering, contact us immediately. We will try to make changes before printing begins, but cannot guarantee it.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases
Due to the custom-printed nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (unless it exceeds the 2 cm tolerance mentioned above)
  • Color variations due to screen differences or printing processes
  • General dissatisfaction with design or appearance (please review product previews carefully before ordering)
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect overall product quality

Other Situations:
  • Shipping Wrong Item: We will replace the incorrect item at no extra cost.
  • Damaged Item: If damage is visible and clearly caused during shipping, please provide photos of the item and packaging label. We will review and replace if appropriate.
  • Small or Broken Print Area: If the print area is significantly smaller than advertised or broken due to factory error, we will replace the item.
  • Missing Item: If any item in your order is missing, we will issue a refund or send the missing product. Refund amounts reflect the fulfillment and shipping costs of the missing item.
