Standard Shipping Options
Lightweight Prints (up to 20g)

Free Economy Shipping (Non-Tracked): Available for small-format prints such as 13Ć18 cm, for selected destinations acrossĀ Europe, the UK, USA, Canada, and other regions with reliable postal networks.

Upgrade to Tracked Shipping: Customers may choose tracked shipping for a small additional fee (from ā¬1.75), depending on destination.
Small to Medium Prints (up to 30Ć40 cm)

Tracked International Shipping ā Lettre Suivie (La Poste): Recommended for added peace of mind. This option provides tracking and proof of shipment at affordable rates.

Free tracked shipping may apply automatically when order value or weight thresholds are met (e.g., multiple prints).
Large Prints (50Ć70 cm and above)

Large-format posters require reinforced packaging and are shipped tracked by default.

Shipping fees vary by destination to reflect additional handling, packaging, and courier requirements.

Delivery typically takes 2ā7 business days.
Pickup Points & Parcel Lockers (Selected Countries)
In many European countries, you may choose free delivery to pickup points or parcel lockers (e.g., Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Relais Colis) once your order exceeds a certain value or weight.
Home delivery remains available for a small additional fee or free if the order exceeds a certain threshold.Ā
Ā Pickup & Relay Options in Europe

Mondial Relay: After completing your order, you can select your preferred Mondial Relay pickup point on the confirmation (āThank Youā) page. Your parcel will be sent to the chosen relay for collection.

Chronopost Shop2Shop: By default, your order will be sent to the nearest Chronopost relay point to your address. If you prefer a different pickup point, please leave a note in the āInstructions to Sellerā box or contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your parcel arrives at the relay, youāll receive a notification with collection details.
Express Shipping (DHL Express)
For urgent orders, DHL Express is available at checkout for eligible destinations.

Lost or Missing Orders

For orders shipped with non-tracked postal stamps, delivery is usually reliable. In the rare case that your order does not arrive, we are happy to send one replacement order free of charge.

For tracked shipments, if your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
International Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to: Afghanistan, North Korea, Iraq, Russia, or Ukraine.
Customs duties or taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pickup Point Selection
After checkout, you will be able to select your preferred pickup point directly on the thank-you page. If you do not select a pickup location at that time, you can contact us within 24 hours to let us know which pickup point you prefer.
After the 24-hour period, we will fulfill your order and send it to theĀ first available pickup point suggested by the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is sent to a Point Relais or Pickup Location, it is your responsibility to collect it within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
Returned, undelivered, or re-sent parcels caused by missed pickups or incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping costs, which will be at your charge.
Order Delay, Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries
If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly with an updated delivery estimate.
Hakyarts is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. For orders sent via point relais or pickup locations, customers must collect items within the carrierās specified timeframe. Returned or undelivered items due to missed pickups or incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
