Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.


Shipping Options

Our shipping system is structured by print size, weight, and destination to ensure a balance between affordability and reliability.


Lightweight Prints (up to ~10g, e.g. 13×18 cm)

For small-format prints, we offer:

🟢 Free Economy Shipping (Non-Tracked)

Available for selected destinations including:

  • Europe
  • UK
  • USA & Canada
  • Other countries with reliable postal networks

This option is designed to keep artwork accessible and affordable.

🔵 Tracked Shipping Upgrade

Customers may choose tracked shipping for an additional fee, depending on destination.

This option provides tracking and additional delivery confirmation.


Small to Medium Prints (up to 30×40 cm)

For mid-size artwork:

📍 Standard Tracked Shipping

Orders are shipped using reliable tracked postal services (e.g. Lettre Suivie or equivalent national tracked services).

This ensures:

  • Tracking number provided
  • Proof of shipment
  • Improved delivery reliability

Free tracked shipping may apply automatically when order value or weight thresholds are met.


Large Prints (50×70 cm and above)

Large-format prints require reinforced packaging and are always shipped with tracking.

Shipping fees vary by destination due to size, handling, and courier requirements.

Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand).


Pickup Points & Parcel Lockers (Europe Only)

In many European countries, you may choose delivery to:

  • Chronopost Shop2Shop relay points
  • Mondial Relay pickup points

How it works:

  • Pickup point selection is available during or after checkout (depending on carrier)
  • In some cases, the nearest pickup point is automatically assigned based on your address
  • You may request a preferred pickup point within 24 hours after ordering

If no preference is provided within 24 hours, the parcel will be sent to the most suitable available pickup location.


Delivery Estimates

  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • USA & Canada: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of World: 8–14 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs or local carriers.


Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders

Non-tracked orders

If your order was shipped without tracking and does not arrive, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement depending on destination and risk profile.

Tracked orders

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


International Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:
Afghanistan, North Korea, Iraq, Russia, or Ukraine.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

We work with trusted logistics providers including:

  • Shipping Aggregators Carriers (Happy-Post, Packlink, Sendcloud)
  • Chronopost & Shop2Shop
  • La Poste Colissimo 
  • Mondial Relay
  • DHL Express
  • Local national postal carriers (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, Bpost, Australia Post)

Important Notes on Pickup Deliveries

If your order is sent to a pickup point or relay location:

  • It is your responsibility to collect it within the carrier’s time window
  • Uncollected parcels may be returned or incur reshipping fees
  • Incorrect address information may delay or prevent delivery

Returned parcels due to missed pickup or incorrect details may incur additional shipping costs.
