  • Orders paid via Shop Pay are subject to the same processing times as other payment methods.

1.2 Credit & Debit Cards

  • All card transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption.

1.3 Digital Wallets

  • Apple Pay and PayPal Wallet are accepted for secure, fast checkout.

  • When using PayPal, refunds and chargebacks will be handled according to PayPal’s policies.

1.4 Cryptocurrency Payments

  • We accept USDC payments.

  • Funds will be converted and credited to your local currency at the time of purchase, unless you choose to claim them in USDC to your crypto wallet.

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

Please note that availability of local payment methods may vary depending on your shipping address.

2. Currency & Conversion

  • All payments will be processed in your local currency where possible.

  • Cryptocurrency payments (USDC) will be converted to your local currency unless you explicitly request payout to your crypto wallet.

  • Exchange rates and conversion fees are determined at the time of transaction.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed using secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

  • Hakyarts does not store your full payment card details.

  • Payments are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • Your order will only be processed once the payment is fully authorized and cleared.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.

  • For cryptocurrency payments, refunds can be issued in your local currency or in USDC.

  • Hakyarts reserves the right to limit certain payment methods for high-risk transactions or high-value orders.

  • Chargebacks are handled according to the payment provider’s rules; any disputes will follow the provider’s resolution process.

6. Payment Restrictions & Limits

  • For risk management, certain payment methods may have transaction limits.

  • For example, PayPal may be unavailable for orders exceeding a specified amount.

  • You will be notified at checkout if a payment method is restricted for your order.
