What printing methods and materials do you use for your products?
We use high-quality inkjet printers with archival-grade pigment inks to produce our prints. Our artwork is printed on premium matte paper that enhances color depth and detail while reducing glare. This combination ensures vibrant, long-lasting prints that faithfully represent the original designs.
Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. Screens are backlit and often display brighter, more saturated colors than physical prints.
While we strive for color accuracy, differences in screen brightness, calibration, and ambient lighting mean printed artwork may appear slightly softer or more muted than what is displayed digitally. This is a natural and expected difference between digital and physical media, especially with inkjet printing technology.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged, please send us a photo within 14 days via email : customer-service@hakyarts.com and we will send you another one free of charge or issue a refund.

How can I register a return?
We have over 14 returns locations worldwide. If. you need to return an item, please contact and we will send you a return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund is issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the return parcel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most common payment methods such as debit or credit cards but also Paypal.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer international shipping to most countries and geographical areas such as Europe, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore or Japan. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to countries such as Afghanistan, North Korea, Iraq, Russia or Ukraine.
Free standard shipping is not valid on some international orders.
What if I want a custom print size order?
If you cannot findyour print desired size, please feel free to send us an email and we we'll what we can do. Please be aware that most of our prints ranges from 13x18 cm till 61x91 cm.
