All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery date. Any returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent, with all original tags and labels attached and sent in a traceable parcel.

Please note that we charge a return fee of 8 euro. Any returns must be sent to the address below:

Refunds
After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days using your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
Any defective or damaged returns will be subject to proper inspection and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
