How To Find Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website or follow the steps below.

  • 1. Confirm whether the address is address

    Verify whether your order confirmation email and shipping labels have the correct addresses. If there is a discrepancy, please try to contact your shipping carruer.

  • 2. Check your tracking order details

    Please click on your tracking order link and see whether further information is provided on the shipping carrier website.

  • 3. See if someone else accepted the delivery

    Your neighbor, family or friends may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. Check in your surroundings whether someone may have taken the package.

  • 4. Look around the delivery location of your package

    The package may have been left in your mailbox, garage, porch, hallway or lawn.

  • 5. Look for a notice of attempted delivery

    Check your mailbox whether a notice may have been left for further guidance as to where to find the package.

  • 6. Wait 48 hours for the package to be delivered

    Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delievred up to 48 hours before arrival
